    Hello,

    Well done last week with some good intensity challenges. Another great week of training in the bank. Keep up on your strength, remember 3x a week to get those gains.

    Training this week:
    Monday(23) 5:00-6:15 LC+ Short warm up outside, then in the gym for strength. Meet at the BWTC

    Tuesday(24) 4:45-6:30 LC/LC+ Mountain bike at CNC. A good chance to get that bike out and be sure all is working well for Nipika. We will have about 4 groups for all abilities/ speeds. Meet at the teamroom.

    Wednesday(25) 4:45-6:30 LC+ Classic Rollerski Intensity working in BullsEye and Z6. Meet at the teamroom.

    Thursday(26) 4:45-6:45 LC/LC+ Strength and a run. Meet at the BWTC. We will warm up outside, hit the gym for a good 45 minutes, then finish with a Z1/Z2 Run. Bring a small post training snack to eat right after the gym. Meet at the BWTC.

    Saturday(28) 9:00-12:00 LC/LC+ NEW PLAN DUE TO WEATHER- STRENGTH AND SKI STRIDING. Meet at the BWTC for strength (1hr inside to start) then 2hr distance run/ski stride adventure in the fresh snow! Be sure to have a few bars to keep you going for the 3hr session, ski striding poles, and clothes for a good winter storm!
