Hello Team,
We are getting into the heart of this volume block this week with the team sessions then Nipika!
Tuesday (24): T3/LC (4:45-6:45) Skate Rollerski and strength. Meet at Team Room.
Wednesday(25): LC (4:30-6:00) Classic Rollerski Zone 3 intensity. Meet at Alberta Info Centre at start of Legacy Trail.
Thursday(26): T3/LC (4:30-7:00) Hike the Grassi Nub. Meet at Quarry Lake. It would be wonderful if some parents could come along.
Friday(27)-Sunday(29): Nipika! See trip document for details.
