Excellent Nipika camp Team. I hope you are really tired because that’s what camps are supposed to do. The goal is to do a good job in recovery (sleep, eating well, etc…) and feel an 8/10 by Thursday. Please keep track of how you feel in iLog.
Here’s the plan for this week and upcoming activities for October:
Tuesday (25): 1630-1830, team room. RS-SK Z1 and technique. Update iLog today
Wednesday (26): No team training. Go for a 30min recovery run. 1 hour for Matteo.
Thursday (27): 1630-1830, team room. RS-SK + strength in gym. Put electrolytes in your water. Example Camelback or Nuun tablets (available at Valhalla).
Saturday (29): Sulphur Mountain Ski Stride. Meet at upper gondola parking lot at 9:30am, finish at same place about 11:30am. Bring ski striding poles and water/electrolyte. Bring ID and some money for the way down. Hopefully it’s free.
