    Hello U16/U18,

    With the Kimberley Camp coming up, look after yourselves to enter the camp healthy and ready to train.  Team training this week:

    Monday(26)
    TTS
    15 minute bike or rollerski up to the BWTC
    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea then bike or ski back home

    Tuesday(27)
    Primo
    4:45-6:45 Classic Rollerski and Outdoor Strength Circuit (bring outdoor running shoes)
    U18 Rollerski first, U16 Strength first

    Athletes attending Kimberley- remember to send Matt a picture of your rapid test by 8am Wednesday morning.

    Wednesday(28)
    Multi-Primo
    4:45-6:15
    Z2 run for 1hr and a game (30 min) to work on Agility. Meet at Millennium Park.
