Hello Team, here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (28): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 RS-SK with speed + strength in gym. Bring the necessary gear INCLUDING A FULL SET OF DRY CLOTHES.
Wednesday (29): 4:30-6:0pm. Uphill RS-SK TT. Arrive a bit early if you need your poles sharpened. Bring and wear your heart rate monitor and safety vest.
Thursday (30): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 ski walk/stride. Bring your poles. Go for a run when you arrive at the team room. Come back at the team room at 4:45pm.
Saturday (2): Ha Ling Hike. Meet at Trail Head (goat creek parking lot) at 9:30am. Parents and siblings welcome. Bring ski striding poles, water, snack, jacket for the top (although forecast is for 26 degrees). Count on about 2.5 hours.
