    Hello TTs,

    We are off to a great start of the fall. Keep up the good work signing in to the health screening, and attending team sessions ready to focus, train hard when needed, and being prepared with the right equipment. The weather is changing, so be sure you are dressing appropriately for the sessions. Shorts and a t-shirt will not keep you warm enough when it is only 5C and the sun is down.

    Starting the week of October 14 the second POD of the night will be finishing the session in the dark, so you all know what that means, HEADLAMP SEASON!!! Dig out your lamp, get some fresh batteries in it, and be sure it is ready to go. A good trick is to just have it live in your drinkbelt as we will be using it all winter.

    Training this week:
    Monday(28) Skate Rollerskiing @ CNC
    POD 4 5:00-6:15
    POD 5 6:15-7:30
    Be sure to have Skate boots, poles, rollerskis, helmet, gloves, and water. We will be working on agility, offset, and downhill skills. Meet in front of the teamroom

    Tuesday(29) Biathlon @ CNC
    POD 4 Biathlon 4:45-6:15

    Wednesday(30) Running @ CNC
    POD 4 6:15-7:30
    POD 5 5:00-6:15
    Tonight will be a distance run focusing on technique and cadence. Meet in front of the teamroom.

    Saturday(3) Run/Hike @ Meander Trailhead
    https://goo.gl/maps/cKqdhdUhnoS8r8fW7
    POD 4 12:30-2:30 -> Clockwise Loop
    POD 5 12:30-2:30 -> Counterclockwise Loop
    Similar to last week, we will hike the uphills jog the flats and downhills. We will be doing the Meander- Montane- Microwave Drop Loop Bring water and a snack.
