Hello T1’s and T2’s,
It’s Nipika Camp Week Woo Hoo! It’s going to be a great week of training, with lots of fun activities planned so make sure you’re getting enough sleep and eating well so you’ve got enough energy get the most out of each session!
Monday (29): Rollerski games and agility! You’ll need Classic rollerskis, poles (that should ideally be just under shoulder height) and of course a helmet. Get ready for a rolling good time! Meet out the front of the Team Room at 5pm.
Wednesday (1): Run with park circuit. You’ll need a drink belt or a drink bottle that’s easy to carry as we will be running to the park for the circuit. Meet at Centennial Park at 5pm.
Friday (3) – Sunday (5): Nipika Camp. Details will be in the camp notice sent by Alain.
