House keeping:

– Update your Training Peaks journal with th workout s that you have done and also with your personal schedule (dates away, major school deadlines, work schedule, etc…)
Thursday (6): 4:30-6:30. Meet at entrance of bwtc. Run outside + strength in the gym. Susie will run the strength component so make sure you attend if you haven’t been coached with the new program.
Saturday (8): For all LC/LC+ that are in town! 10:00-11:30am. RS-SK with focus on tempo and speed. Meet at the team room.
