All the fresh snow is a good reminder that winter is just around the corner! Some activities to prepare for winter this week:
Reminder, the remaining balance for program fees is due October 1.
Wednesday, Oct 2, 6:30-7:30pm at the BWTC ZIZU Optics is putting on a demo evening for club members. Come and try some sport glasses and purchase them at half price. ZIZU is a supporter of the club and will make a donation to us.
On that same day at the same location, 6:15-7:15pm, there is the first Canmore Nordic clothing fitting.
Ski Swap will be October 19-20.
Nipika Camp will be this weekend. Check in with Matt if you have questions after reading through the trip doc.

Monday(30) 5:00-6:15 LC+ Strength at the BWTC- Will start with a run & mobility outside. Be sure you have your clean indoor gym shoes.
Tuesday(1) 4:45-6:45 LC/LC+ Classic rollerski at CNC. Meet at the teamroom.
Wednesday(2) 4:45-6:15 LC+ Run/Ski Striding with some short bursts. Meet at the teamroom.
Thursday(3) No team training- pack for Nipika
Friday(4) – Monday(7) Nipika Camp, check trip doc for details.
