Welcome to fall programing! Here on the forum is where you will find details for each session (what, where, when, etc). I will also share housekeeping items like race licensing, upcoming event sign up reminders, meetings, etc. For all team training sessions you should have a drink belt/ water bottle holder. When we are out training for anything longer than 45 minutes it is important to hydrate throughout the session.
Training this week:
Monday(6): No team training, happy Labour Day.
Tuesday(7): Run @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Meet in front of the teamroom. We will start with some games to get to know everyone, then get out for a distance run with a little strength mixed in. Be sure you are dressed appropriately for the weather.
Saturday(11): Run @ Quarry Lake
12:30-2:30 Meet at the Quarry Lake Parking Lot. We will run the Loki and highline trail. Put 1 bar/ snack in your drink belt as it is important to refuel during a longer session like this.
