    WELCOME TO FALL!

    We are starting our fall programming this week. The LC workouts will generally go like this, unless there’s a camp or special occasion:

    HOUSEKEEPING:

    • The Beaver Mines Camping Weekend is Sept 16-19. Check Matt’s email for all the details.
    • Always check the forum before each workout as some might change due to weather, air quality, bears, etc…
    • Please do not come to team workouts if you are not feeling well or sick
    • Masks must be worn by athletes and coaches while inside venues like the BWTC gym, team room, …

    MONDAY (6):

    Long weekend, no team workouts. Check your TP for personal training details

    Tuesday (7)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    445-645: Team run with a speed round of FROLF in the middle. Bring a disk for Alain’s backpack. Meet at the Quarry parking lot. No need to warm up OYO before

    Wednesday (8)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    We will start the session with a special talk from Sarah Beaudry sharing her knowledge about good training habits. Meet at the Biathlon Stadium at 4:45 SHARP.

    U16: Skate rollerskiing. After Sarah’s talk, head out for a warm up OYO and meet Matt and Aidan Millar at tear drop at 530 for the Z6 intensity. After the intensity, ski in distance pace until 630

    U18: Skate rollerskiing. After Sarah’s talk, head out for a warm up OYO and meet Matt and Aidan Millar at tear drop at 530 for the Z6 intensity. After the intensity, ski in distance pace until 630

    Thursday (9)
    Primo-Supremo

    445-645: Classic rollerskiing and strength in the gym (BRING A MASK- Required to enter the gym).

    Women in the gym first (445-545). Please arrive on time at the entrance of the bwtc so we can all get in the gym together.
    Men on rollerskis first 445-545. Meet at team room.

    Saturday (11)
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    RS-CL. Arrive the CNC at 915 and warm up OYO for 15min. Meet at team room at 930 for workout details. Intensity, RS-CL. Bull’s Eye. Done at 1045.
