We are starting our fall programming this week. The LC workouts will generally go like this, unless there’s a camp or special occasion:
HOUSEKEEPING:
- The Beaver Mines Camping Weekend is Sept 16-19. Check Matt’s email for all the details.
- Always check the forum before each workout as some might change due to weather, air quality, bears, etc…
- Please do not come to team workouts if you are not feeling well or sick
- Masks must be worn by athletes and coaches while inside venues like the BWTC gym, team room, …

Long weekend, no team workouts. Check your TP for personal training details

445-645: Classic rollerskiing and strength in the gym (BRING A MASK).

Shooting Block 9:30-2:00. Arrive the CNC at 900. Bring a lunch, runners and skate roller skis/boots/poles. Prepare for some combo, some intensity mini races and some shooting challenges and games. Lunch will be from 11:45-12:30. We will be done at 2.
