    Hello T1 and T2’s. I hope that you had a great first week of class. We are starting the fall training this week. Exciting. Allison is not in Canada yet (arriving on September 22). Kathy Davies is going to run 4 workouts for the next 2 weeks.

    Always bring water and a snack as well as the right equipment for the activity. Most importantly, bring a lot of enthusiasm… Here’s the plan:

    Monday (8): Workout cancelled today due to adverse conditions. See you Wednesday 5:00-6:30pm.

    Wednesday (10): 5:00-6:30pm. Session is on! You will start inside at the bwtc multipurpose room (bring inside clothes) and then go for a run outside (bring outside clothes!). What a beautiful day…

    Monday (15): 5:00-6:30pm. Zone 1 running and some core. Meet at Riverside Park.

    Wednesday (17): 5:00-6:30pm. Skate rollerskiing. You can borrow club skis if you don;t have any, and bring poles with carbide tips, helmet and skate boots. Always bring some running shoes in case rollerskiing does not work out. Meet at team room.

    Note that we will have a big club hike up Tent Ridge in Kananaskis Country on Saturday 27th. All athletes and parents of Track Attack, TT, LC, PC programs are invited.
