Welcome to the first week of training for the T1 and T2 athletes!

Looking into next week- There will be a parent information meeting Wednesday, September 18 at 6:30-7:15. We will cover all the details of the program, and present the winter race calendar. This is for both Biathlon and Cross Country.
Planned training for the week:
Monday (9) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC – Running
Introduction of coaches & program goals, trail running with strength, and a short game to wrap it up. Dress appropriately for the weather and bring a drink belt/ water bottle & holder so you can drink water during practice.
Wednesday (11) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC – Ski Striding
We will work on some ski striding technique tonight. Ski striding poles should be about 80% of your height, but last year’s classic poles will work just fine. Just grab some old poles out of the garage and get ready to bound your way up the hill.
Saturday (14) No team training today
The coaches will be out of town at a coaching development course learning more great skills to coach even better.
