I will run a skate time trial on Saturday for the cross country skiers. All biathletes are welcome to join in (check your plan). Here are the details:
* Show up to the team room at 8:45 to organize your stuff
* 9:00am: I will explain the course to everyone. Meet in biathlon stadium
* The course will be between 4 and 5km. You can do as many laps as you want. Most juniors will do 2 laps
* Glide wax your skis the evening before with Solda Performance red or equivalent
* Start is at 9:40am
