    Hello Team, here’s the schedule for the summer. We will continue to post the training details week by week, so this is generally the times that we will train at:

    Monday: Intensity day, 10:45am-12:15pm
    Tuesday: Strength day, 10:00am – noon
    Wednesday: Distance day, 10:00am – noon
    Thursday: Strength and mixed day, 10:00am – noon
