Summer Schedule *UPDATED*

    The LC1 and LC2 summer schedule goes like this:

    LC2:
    Mon: 9:00-11:00 Aerobic conditioning + Intensity or speed
    Mon: 4:30-5:30 Strength in gym
    Tue: 10:00-12:00 Aerobic conditioning
    Wed: 9:00-11:30 Long distance (generally)
    Thu: 9:30-11:30am Aerobic conditioning + strength

    LC1:
    Mon: 9:00-11:00 Aerobic conditioning + Intensity or speed
    Mon: 4:30-5:30 Strength in gym
    Tue: 10:00-12:00 Aerobic conditioning
    Thu: 9:30-11:30am Aerobic conditioning + strength

    This schedule starts the week of June 29th and is not in affect during camp weeks. Check forum for further details
