Summer Training Schedule

    Hello Team,

    For the months of July and August our “typical” team training will be Monday-Thursday (schedule below). Note that Thursdays will be our adventure day, and depending on the goals of the week, sometimes a big 6 hour adventure hiking a mountain, or doing a long backcountry run. With training camps taking up the first 3 weeks of July, our normal schedule will start on July 23 until August 22. The first week of school (following the public school calendar) we will not have team training to let you get into the swing of school and not add additional stress.
