Morning Athletes Items Checklist: Arm Cuff, Ammo, Boots, Spare Skis, Poles, Trigger Lock Key, Gloves, Sunglasses, Runners, Water, Snack
8:00am Youth Men, Women, & Junior Men Arrive **No Senior Boys/Girls in the AM yet, but potentially moved to morning again.
8:05am Team Meeting – Start lists, Zero Order.
8:15am Go for a 15 minute team run and dynamic warm-up together.
8:35am Return to team room to pick up bib, eat a final small snack if needed (Banana is best). Drink Water, use the bathroom if needed.
8:40am Ensure rifle is prepared, begin to head out to the range depending on zero time.
8:45am Equipment Check opens
9:00am Range opens
9:00-9:45am Zero – Order will be dependant on start list.
10:00am – First Racer starts. Category Order: Men, Women, Junior Men, Junior Women, Youth Men, Youth Women
11:50am-12:20pm Quick Debrief with Rachel (Time will be dependant on last finisher)
12:30pm – Awards presented on upper level of timing building.
Afternoon Athletes Items Checklist: Boots, Spare Skis, Poles, Gloves, Sunglasses, Water, Snack, Runners. (Senior Boys/Girls: Arm Cuff, Trigger Lock Key)
11:30am Senior Boys/Girls (May be moved to morning) and Dev 1 and 2 arrive.
11:35am 10 minute Team Warm-up together (Senior Boys/Girls to Lead)
11:45am Return to team room to pick up bib, eat a final small snack if needed (Banana is best). Drink Water, use the bathroom if needed.
12:00pm Pre-Race Meeting with Rachel (may changed depending on awards time) We will discuss Start lists and Zero Order
12:30pm Pick up and pack rifle. Make sure you have 3 clips.
12:30pm Equipment Check opens
12:45pm-1:30 Zero – Order dependant on Start order.
1:45pm First Racer Starts
Awards after last finisher
Debrief with Rachel if you’d like after this time.
