Hey Team

Great start to the season! Lots of great shooting, fast skiing, super technique and execution of race plans!

Tomorrow info:

Pursuit race (PPSS). 5″ starts as per IBU Rule**
** IBU Rule: There will be no starter, you must know your start time! You also get a penalty of 30″ if you leave between 0-3″ early, if you leave more than 3″ early you get DSQ’d. SO LEAVE 1″ LATE 🙂

Loops:
Yth Men: 5x Red (2km)
Yth W and Sr B/G: 5x Orange (1.5km)

Arrive: 8:15am for team meeting (wax room #21)
Zero: 9am
Start: 10am
* I don’t have a start list yet, so you will have to wait until tomorrow

I got to debrief the race with most of you so take what you have learned and adapt it to tomorrow’s race! Write up a plan again tonight and tomorrow we will do a debrief once again (bring the plan to the Nordic Centre)
