Great racing today folks. It was wonderful to see so many of you out there and skiing fast. CNSC was really well represented in the Top 30 and in the A and B Finals so well done to all!!

Tomorrow is a mass start skate distance. You know these courses super well, you’ve skied them many, many times so get out and there and give it a good go.

    Skis:
I hope that you left your skis in the team room tonight and base glided with Matt’s recommendation. If you didn’t, please bring your skis to the team room by 7:15am.

Arrive at the Nordic Centre 1hr 15min before your start. This way you have time to get a spot in the day lodge, change clothes, get your bib. Please meet me at the Team Room at 12:05pm, T2’s have a warm up plan written down as you will spend 15 mins warming on your own after the group warm up. You need to allow time to get your timing chip and set your skis on the start grid, 5-10mins!

Currently Alberta is leading the Western Canadian points tally so let’s get out there and have CNSC earn more points than other Club to the tally!!

    Good luck to everyone!
