Hey TC/TW guys
The strength 3 plan and home core 2 plan starts July 16th. Do old plans until then. I just wanted to post it before I left to school. Lot’s of power and some max strength in the plan for the next cycle. To do this workout correct you must give 100% focus to each exercise. Please be very good about sticking with the tempo! (i.e. some exercises are 4 seconds eccentric contraction, do that and you won’t need a ton of weight!).
Also: for the July 16 strength workout (day 1 of this plan). Please take 1 set off each leg exercise (there are 4 of them)! This will allow your body to get used to the weights and reduce stiffness the following day. You have Z3 running the next day so don’t overdue it day 1! A nice cold soak will be needed too!
