Hello Team, great job on the Haig glacier. I hope you are starting to be recovered. Technically, you should have your batteries charged up by Thursday. Here are the group workouts for this week:
Tue (4): Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot at 9am for some Z5 ski striding intervals. We will do a good 30-45min warm up before the intensity. We will be done at 10:30am.
Thu (6): We will meet at the Harvey Height gravel parking lot at 9am for some Z1 & speed on skate rollerskis. We will be done at 10:45am.
