It’s been a great summer of training so far, do your best to make these sessions, we are seeing a lot of improvement from those attending regularily!
Biathletes remember your shooting camp on the 19,20,22, 1:00-3:00pm
Week 1:
Monday (19): 9:30-11:30am @ Team room. Zone testing, max heart rate test and then gym strength. It is very important to know your zones for training, so do your very best to make it to this session. You all need to bring a heart rate monitor, if you dont own one (yet!) then please borrow one from another athletes (older biathletes?)
p.m. 1:00-3:00pm: Biathletes shooting camp.
Tuesday (20): 9:00-11:00am @ team room. Uphill Rski (SK) time trial.
P.M. 1:00-3:00pm: Biathletes shooting camp
Wednesday (21): 9:15am meet @ OLS school to run/hike middle sister. It’ll take 3-4 hours, bring food + fluid.
Thursday (22): 9:00am meet @ team room. Double pole test and intervals (SK gear).
p.m. 1:00-3:00pm: Biathletes shooting camp
2 groups for next while (Canmore camp athletes and Haig athletes):

Friday (23)- sunday (25): Trainig camp, details to come in another forum posting!
Tuesday (27): Biathletes shooting combo running 8:30-10:30am. Let Roddy know if your coming, this is a good chance for extra shooting.

week 3: Everyone back together!
Wednesday (4): 9:00am. Z1 mtn bike and gym strength
Thursday (5): 9:30-11:30. Z4-5 ski striding. Meet cougar creek parking lot.
