Great job in your respective races this weekend! Now it’s off to ABWG for most of you 😀
Tuesday (7): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 combo and gym strength
Wednesday (8): 4:30-6:00pm. Z1 and Z3 combo (depends on person). At 6:00pm we will pack up our rifles in hard cases (bring your cable locks, if you don’t have one I will have some of the clubs). You can also wax your race skis for the first race (waxed and scrapped).
Thursday-Sunday: ABWG or training. For those who are not going to ABWG please check your training peaks for your specific training plans.
The following week will be all XC practice for Tuesday-Thursday. ON Saturday (Feb 18) we will have a combo session for those not in Edmonton.
