Here is the plan..
Tuesday (TW/TC/T2): Z1-2 rollerski combo with sprints. 4:30-6:30
Wednesday a.m. (TW): Z1-3 combo. 8:30-10:30
Wednesday (TW/TC/T2): Classic ski strength. 4:30-6:30 meet at Sheriton parking lot. We will use the Silvertip hill for strength.
Thursday (TC/T2): Warm-up combo and strength plans
Friday (TW): Warm-up combo and strength plans
Saturday (TW/TC/T2): CL distance rollerski and Z3 DP workouts on 1A highway to Lake Louise. Meet at parking lot at the start of Parkway (Fireside) at 8:30am. We will ski up the Parkway, so will need to get picked up either at Johnson Canyon (19km for T2) or Castle Mountain intersection (25km for TC/TW). I suggest the families organize transportation between themselves. This is a biathlon/xc workout. Athletes will ski 2.0 (T2) -3.0 (TC/TW) hours.
Pick-up at Johnson for T2 will be 10:30-11:00
Pick-up at Castle Junction for TC/TW will be 11:30-12:00
