Here is the plan for the week
Tuesday: CLASSIC combo with sprints and then strength maint. in weight room.
Wednesday (TT2): Z1a Combo (Classic or skate). Recovery workout, relax, working on what you like.
Thursday: Ski strength Combo (skate ski), game to finish. We will shoot together, side by side with some pressure type events as well.
Saturday: Youth Ski Tourny (please register asap at http://www.bcrr.ca). If you are over 16 yrs old check your training plan for what you are to do.
