Gymnastics tonight. Same routine:

7:15 – 7:30 outside warm up
7:30 – 8:30 inside the gym

due to the slow start with snow this season, we have an additional gymnastics session. November 27th will be our last session in the gym.
After this, we will hopefully be on snow.

THE SNOW AT LAKE LOUISE IS GREAT. If it fits into your weekend plans, why not go up for a ski on Morraine Lake Road? You can use good skis and enjoy being back on the boards. I am attending a coaching course so cannot organize a session this week.

Ski Walking at the Nordic Centre: headlamps and ski poles
Please check the forum again on Sunday just to make sure weather or other restrictions of the Nordic Centre will make this a possibility.
