Hi Everyone
We will meet at the Team Room for 5:00. Please bring a pair of ski walking poles, running shoes, and water belt.
Ski walking poles should be a bit shorter, 5-10cm, than your classic poles if you can get your hands on a older pair to cut down. If a smaller pair is not available bring your classic poles.
See you Thursday.
