Hi Team

Its cold and likely will be very cold tonight. I would rather you all bundle up and go for a classic ski and then dryfire at home for 30min (please do this! we will not shoot much this week). We will not shoot tonight or have a formal practice.

Some of you i’ll see in Silverstar, everyone else you have thursday and saturday sessions with Jeff and the other coaches. Temps ar up and down this week- look to Jeff for practice info changes and decisions on whether its warm enough to do intensity.

Please dryfire this week- we have the 2nd half of trials for most of you in 2 weekends, so its a good time to make sure you continue spending time with your rifles (dryfire is just as effective).
