No official Group Training for XC This week.
But there is a CORE CHALLENGE
Be sure to send in pictures to your coach that documents you did your challenge!
WEDNESDAY; 50 SIT UPS; 50 PUSH UPS; 50 DIPS Plus 30 minute jog
**if you have a place to do chin ups, do as many as you can and then do the rest to make up 50 as dips.
FRIDAY: 75 SIT UPS; 75 PUSH UPS; 75 DIPS (or dip chin up combo) Plus 30 minutes jog
SUNDAY: 100 SIT UPS; 100 PUSH UPS; 100 DIPS ( or dip chin up combo) plus 30 min jog
WEDNESDAY (15TH); 150 SIT UPS; 150 PUSH UPS; 150 DIPS (or chin up dip combo), plus 30 minute jog
RULES- if you can’t do them all at once, you can break it up during the day! Just has to be finished the number by the end of the day!
