Here is the outline for the week.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED CLASSIC ROLLERSKI”S FOR TUESDAY
Tuesday (24) 9 – 11: Harvey Heights Parking Lot- Classic rollerski
Z1 plus speed on Legacy Trail. Get that upper body into ripped shape!
Wednesday (25) 9 – 11: OLS parking lot – ski stride and speed ball
Z3 and Z1 ski striding on Highline trail, speed ball at OLS field to finish
(need ski striding poles !)
Thursday (26) 9 – 11: CNC Run and Strength
**reminder to get your BWTC pass, or punch card**
Friday/ Saturday/Sunday: Get at least one long distance workout in – any mode.
go longest if hiking (3 hour), biking (2 hour), running (45 – 1 hour). Remember to break in your hiking boots – so they don’t break you in on the hike!!
