Hello, job well done at the Two Jack camp. I was impressed with the last workout up Norquay. Everyone is starting to get quite fit – let’s keep it up!
This week is recovery time; not to watch tv all day, but pick activities that will help you recover. We will have 2 team training sessions (T2/TC), here’s the plan:
Tuesday 29: Meet at Sheraton at 9am for a Z1 rollerski (you pick the style). We will be done by 10:15am.
Thursday 31: Meet at Lady MacDonald parking lot at 9am for a Z1 run. We will be done by 10:15am.
No team workouts during the long weekend. I am running bike camps next week; you will have a guest coach joining the group workouts.
Please send me your “family schedule” for the month of August (when you will be away, and what type of training you will be able to do during that time).
