This week is an easy/recovery week for everyone. We will do some testing next week so you should be fairly rested for those.
Tuesday (TC/T2):
4:30-5:30: Strength in gym with Alain. Same routine as before
5:30-6:30: Zone 1 run with biathletes (Roddy)
Thursday (TC/T2):
4:30-6:15: RS-CL with Alain. Meet at the Sheraton. We will do a combination of distance and strength
Weekend:
You are on your own do to some light training to continue the recovery process
My advice is to go into something and stay with it until you like it. You can’t like it until you obtain expertise in that work. And once you are an expert, it’s a pleasure.
