    Hi Team

    Here are the sessions for the week. I have also attached an updated version of the powerpoint, we’ll cover standing Tuesday. PLEASE GO OVER POWERPOINT BEFORE TUESDAY.

    Tuesday’s practice plan is attached.

    Wednesday’s practice plan is also attached (morning and afternoon same plan)

    Tuesday (26): TW/TC/LC shooting. 5:30-7:00. Please do your Z1 run before practice (everyone has 0.75-1.0hr unless doing track or soccer that day).

    Wednesday (27):
    a.m. TW: 8:30-10:30am. Shooting and CL rollerski (bring runners as well).

    p.m. LC/TC: 4:30-6:30pm. Shooting and CL rollerski (bring runners as well).

    Thursday (28): LC/TC 4:30pm meet at BWTC to go over plans. I’ll stay for 1hr to help with technique of new exercises.

    Friday (29): Bike to Radium. We will start at three points. 1A foreside, Johnson’s creek and Storm Mtn. Tuesday we need to discuss where you will start, I have an idea but we’ll make sure we are on the same page (some of you I don’t know what bike’s you have)

    Saturday (30):
    a.m. Nipika race 10km (over 15yrs old), 3km (15 years old and under)
    i.e. Rhea and Sam do the 3km.
    * If you have not registered, do so ASAP on Zone 4

    p.m. Bike around Invermere

    Sunday (31):
    a.m. DP up Panarama.
    Lunch at lake.
    p.m. drive home
