Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (4): Z3-4 ski striding/walking. Team room, 4:30pm – 6:15pm. Carry a head lamp in your pocket for the end of the workout.
Wednesday (5): Z1 rollerski skate or run (depending on weather) with accelerations + Strength 5 & 5B in gym. Team room, 4:30pm – 6:00pm.
*** Rossignol evening, 7:00pm at Trail Sports.
Thursday (6): No team training. See your personal training plan.
Friday morning through Sunday afternoon: Lake Louise Camp? Roddy and I will go to LL on Tuesday to analyse the training conditions. Stay tuned.
