    Great job at the camp and the XC running provincials…

    Now a small recovery period for most, so make the best of it.

    Team training this week:

    Tue (21):
    No group training today. recovery time!

    Wed (22):
    Ski striding intervals. Meet at team room at 4:30 until 6:15. On the bike for Kendra. Stay home Annika and Bronwyn…. relax for the weekend camp.

    Thu (23): RS-CL + strength after. Meet at team room at 4:30 until 6:30

    Sat (25): Sleep in, easy pace training on your own; as per your program.
