    Hi Team

It was a great weekend of skiing on frozen thunder, we are very lucky to have that!! The fresh snowfall yesterday has me excited for winter! 😛

This week we will have an additional combo session on Sunday morning, a little extra practice before the season begins!

Tuesday (25): 4:15-6:00. Classic ski on frozen thunder. We will do some Z1 & Z3. It is not supposed to be as warm as before, so zero skis might not work great. I suggest a Swix K22N klister (universal) or another brand of universal. You might want to get your skis ready the day before!

Wednesday (26): 4:30-6:30pm. SK Ski Combo training.

Thursday (27): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 warm-up combo running, followed by gym strength.

    Saturday (29):
    1) Ski swap in a.m.
    2) Practice: 12:00-2:30pm start at team room. Z1 SK ski on Frozen Thunder for 1hr, followed by a Z1 run/ski walk (bring poles) on EKG, Georgetown, top of NC.

    Sunday (30): 9:00-11:00am. Z1-3 SK ski combo.

    Reminders:
    Please continue to update ilog
Please make sure you are stretching daily (right after your daily workout is best)
Please make sure you have a heart rate monitor at training
Always Always Always train with water or sport drink

    NOTES:
    – Please sign up for the Lake Louise camp on the link supplied already.
    – Please bring your skis to the team room if you need to get them checked before the ski swap. Please wait another week if it’s not urgent as many of the younger skiers in other programs need to get this done this week.
    – We should be receiving most of the Fischer skis by November 5th.

On to another great week of training!
