I hope that you had a good weekend and you did everything to be well recovered (maybe not for Bronwyn and Annika just yet!). Can you please update iLog by Tuesday. I will talk to you about your training program at Tuesday’s workout. Also, I will send you an email with days/times to sign up for individual meetings; please reply.
Here’s the plan for group training this week:
Tues (28): Team room 4:30pm – 6:30pm. Z1 RS-CL with speed. Bring vest.
Wed (29): Team room 4:30pm – 6:15pm. RS-SK Time Trial (xc and biathlon). Bring vest. Not for Bronwyn or Annika.
Thu (30): Team room 4:30pm – 6:30pm. Z1 RS-SK in warm up with some strength followed by Strength #5 & 5B in gym.
Sat (1): Team room. Z3-4 ski stride. Time TBD due to ski swap.
