Yes hello team, here’s the plan for the next 2 weeks:
Tuesday 7: XC Running Zones for all T2-TC. No team workout today
Wednesday 8: Meet at 4:30pm at the Sheraton with skate skis, classic poles, vest and helmet for some Z1 and light strength. We will be done at 6:00pm.
Thursday 9: 4:30-6:30pm. Sprint Relays RS-SK (qualification and finals). Meet at team room.
Friday 10: 1:00-2:15pm, Nutrition seminar at the BWTC. Please all attend and bring $10.
Saturday to Monday: Long weekend, no team training
Tuesday 14: Alain surgery, no team training
Wednesday 15: Meet at 4:30pm for strength training in the gym. We will warm up running outside (bring 2 pairs of shoes). We will be done at 6:15pm.
Thursday 16: Meet at 4:30pm at Lions Park for some soccer and core with the T1’s. We will be done at 6:00pm.
Friday 17: TC-TW only, run/hike to Ribbon Creek via Skogan Pass. T2 to arrive to Ribbon Creek Hostel for dinner.
Saturday 18: AM: T2-TC-TW, strength rollerskiing up Highwood Pass (RS-SK). PM: Z1 RS-CL on bike path at Kananaskis.
Sunday 19: AM: TC-TW only RS-CL time trial. T2, run Buller Pass to Smith Dorien with T1’s. PM: TC-TW only, run Buller Pass to Smith Dorien
NOTE THAT THE CAMP PROGRAM COULD CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER.
