    i am hoping you are active 5 or 6 days/week with other sports – certainly planning that you are doing 5-7 hours of other activity – if you’re not, let me know and i can help you plan some activity.

    one practice this week – we have an event series we are starting on may 30 that will run for three wednesdays – its a bit of a team competition, that includes some choices along the way, some timing to see which team is fastest, some prizes, some physical challenges, and some fun. it all starts on thursday may 30!

    thursday may 30 – 430-600pm – canmore nordic amazing race! – be ready to run!
