Hello gang, I hope that you are fully recovered now. We are restarting group workouts next week. Here’s the plan:
Tuesday Sept 9: T2-TC-TW. Uphill Time Trial. Meet at team room at 4:30pm for sharpening of poles. Test will start around 5:00pm. We will be done at 6:15pm
Wednesday Sept 10: T2-TC-TW. RS-CL, meet at Sheraton at 4:30pm. We will be done at 6:00pm
Thursday Sept 11: T2-TC-TW. Double poling Test. Meet at team room at 4:30pm for sharpening of poles. Test will start around 5:00pm. We will do a new strength plan after. We will be done at 6:30pm
Saturday Sept 13: : T2-TC-TW. Another test!! Warm up at 12:30pm, doing the xc running loop together once. The test will begin at 1:00pm. Scott will be there to take the times.
