Awesome job this weekend at the camp, we got in some good training that will lead to good fitness gains. We are now in a recovery week. This means the hours are low but it is still very important to get in the hours on your training plan, this actually helps with recovery and of course fitness.
Tuesday: Precision shooting for biathletes, standing work!
Wednesday: Meet at NC team room @ 4:30pm for mtn biking. We will bike to triathlon race trail a few times. We’ll also finish off inside with some stretching and a little presentation on ilog.
Thursday: NO swimming tonight
Friday: Triathlon!! Please meet at the Rec Centre pool @ 12:45pm. We will do the swim in waves. The swim will also include a transition time. After the swim you will all pack your gear into Alain or my car and then you will bike up to the NC.
Saturday: Biathletes: Optional shooting practice, get in some extra shooting 😀 . 9:30am to 11:00am. Some precision and some running combo.
