Individual training plans will be adjusted to accomodate the race changes soon.
Here are the practices we will run
Thursday (jan 1st): Same as before. 11:00am-1:00pm. Sk combo
friday: Strength plan (on own)
Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am SK combo. Z1 and sprints, race prep for sundays race.
Sunday: XC SK race
Monday (5th): XC CL race
Tuesday:
a.m. XC NORAM CL sprints (for some)
p.m. (for those not doing a.m.) will be Z1 SK combo with sprints. 4:30-6:30pm.
Wednesday:
a.m. (TW): Z1 SK combo with longer sprints (9:00-11:00am)
p.m. (TC/T2): Z1 SK combo with longer sprints (4:30-6:30pm)
Thursday: Day OFF
Friday: Leave for Camrose, arrival at Camrose range for 1:30pm practice. I will meet you there. We’ll do race prep combo.
Saturday: Race in Camrose
Sunday: Race in Camrose
Hopefully the temperatures and snow conditions improve in Camrose so the race can go!
