HI Team:

Good effort in both saturday (T2) and Sunday (TC/TW) workouts! Thank you as well to most of you who were on time.

This week there is not team training for T2 and TC. If your doing the weekend races I will see you then. I’ll send out more info as the weekend gets closer. Our practice sessions will re-start the following tuesday (Sept 9th) with regular fall programming (4:30-6:30pm).

TW: We will shoot wednesday 8:30-10:30am (unofficial training). We will also shoot friday at official training.

I’ll have all your training plans updated on the website in the next few days. In it you will have the training information and dates for our club fall camps as well as
dates for many of the winter races. We will finalize individual race schedules later in Sept.

Rest well for the next 5 days and have fun at school! 8)
