TC/LC: Warm-up combo (running) and strength
Wednesday (23): 8:30-10:30am
a.m. (TW): Z1 Ski strength SK. DP/DA’s and free skate
p.m. 4:30-6:30pm
(TC): Z1 Ski strength SK. DP/DA’s and free skate
(LC): Physical with XC:
Thursday (24): 4:30-6:30
p.m. (TW/TC/LC): Sprint race with XC. Physical only
Friday (25): 8:30-10:30
a.m. (TW): Z1 Rski CL combo
Weekend by group:
LC: CAMP
Saturday (26):
a.m. Z1-3 Rski SK combo. 8:30-10:30am
p.m. After combo drive to BVPP (Elf Flats) for afternoon workout/group activity.
*Please bring lunch and a change of clothing to the morning workout so we can leave right afterwards. You’ll need rollerski and running gear.
Sunday (27): Distance run. Ribbon creek to smith dorian (Buller pass). Meet 8:30am at Daylodge.
