    Hello CNSC athletes. We have initiated a new general fitness test at the club this year. It will be very useful in analyzing where everyone is at with their fitness. We anticipate doing this test once a month from May to October.

    Uphill Monitoring Test:
    * Long course = 1.64km, 148m climbing. Juvenile and older
    * Short course = 0.74km, 92m climbing (2nd half of long course). Midget category
    Wear a heart rate monitor if you own one.
