Hello All-
Monday night will be the mandatory parents meeting held in the Bill Warren Training Centre at 5:15 pm. Myself, Meghan Bryant, and Alain Parent will be in attendance to give an overview of the season, talk about equipment needed, review the calendar for the year, and answer any question you may have about Track Attack. Monica O’Gorman will lead the session for the kids that evening-Please have your children meet at the CNSC wax room at 5:00 sharp for running and foot based activities.
Thursday of this week will be a skate rollerski session for the 2nd and 3rd year Track Attackers. We supply the roller skis, but your child needs to bring a bike helmet, skate boots, skate poles(normal ski baskets are fine), glove, and any knee or elbow pads you feel they need. If your child has no skate boots, or poles let us know ASAP, and we’ll do our best to set them up with borrowed gear.

Ribbon Creek Camp is coming up next weekend, and we still have space available, so are opening this up to Intro Track Attackers as well(minus the Saturday morning Rollerski session). This is a super fun, easy camp, and the more the merrier! We also need one more male chaperone, as well as one more female chaperone.
