Never ski backwards on a race course.
We will have your bib in the wax room. You will also have to wear transponders and a leg bib (on the outside of your left leg, just under the knee).
Awards:
The open categories awards will be right after the men are done (around 12:45-1:00pm). The awards for the other categories will be after the last finisher (around 2:25pm). Awards ceremony are on the west side of the day lodge. Come and cheer for your teammates.
Cool down:
I ask that all LC/PC bring shoes and cool down on the stationary bikes in the bwtc for 20min. Nice easy spin. Another option is running around the CNC but be careful on the slippery roads.
Food:
Bring recovery drink and food to eat right after your race. This is important as it will make you recover much quicker. Of course, drink water too.
