Here’s the plan for this week.

Tuesday (29): T3/LC, 4:45-6:45pm, team room. Skate skiing on FT and strength in gym. All women will start with strength, men to start with skiing. Biathlete women to go straight to gym at 5:15pm (make sure you complete the strength before heading skiing). Biathlete men to join on snow at 5:15pm.
Wednesday (30): LC. 4:30-6:00pm, team room. Skate skiing with a short time trial. Biathletes will most likely not do the TT. Bring recovery drink or chocolate milk for after.
Thursday (31): T3/LC including T3 biathletes, 4:30-6:00pm. Meet at Lions Park (where tennis courts are). We will do a run and some core/upper body work.
Saturday (1): T3/LC. 9:00-11:00am, team room. Classic skiing on FT with some Z3. You need a FT pass to ski. Bring recovery drink or chocolate milk for after.
